About Us
Our Story
From Cousins to Curators of Flavor
2 Cousins and a Plate isn’t just about catering — it’s how we love, connect, and remember. Raised in East African homes where every gathering centered around a full plate and a full heart, we learned early that food could heal, celebrate, and speak louder than words.
What started with late-night recipe swaps grew into a calling. Today, we handcraft every tray, every samosa, every soulful bowl with intention, memory, and bold flavor.
Flavors That Tell a Story
Our kitchen reflects where we’ve been — from East African staples like samosas and masala fries to Southern-style comfort dishes that feel like home. Whether it’s a cozy dinner or a milestone event, our food does more than feed — it’s meant to nourish and connect.
We don’t believe in shortcuts. Our meats are marinated for hours. Our soups are slow-simmered. Our rice trays are fresh, aromatic, and made in small batches. It’s not just catering — it’s a curated experience.
Wellness Meets Tradition
Certified by the Trinity School of Natural Health, we carry a deep respect for the healing power of food. Our soups, stews, and veggies are made with whole-food ingredients that support wellness, energy, and balance — because food should feel as good as it tastes.
